Twilio processes your phone number on our behalf solely for message delivery and is contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose. No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services (such as Twilio for SMS delivery) is permitted as described above. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS Terms & Communications
By providing your mobile phone number during sign-up or verification, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from us, including one-time passcodes (OTP) used to verify your identity and account-related alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
Message frequency: varies based on your activity. You should typically only receive messages when you sign in, verify your account, or trigger a security-related action.
Opting out: reply STOP to any SMS message to stop receiving texts from us. Please note that opting out of SMS will disable SMS-based verification and may prevent you from accessing certain account features that rely on phone verification.

Message and data rates: standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received, as determined by your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
